I have a detailed spreadsheet with a column for every little detail: where I got it from, how much I paid, and how much I think it's worth now. I also color-code based on the items condition. It helps me stay organized, and I can quickly see what I have.

I dont really track it. I tend to buy things on a whim, and I like the idea of letting my collection evolve naturally. I guess Id track it if I were to sell anything, but otherwise, I just enjoy it as it is.

Ive used a combination of apps, but I think Google Keep is my favorite. Its lightweight, and I can snap pictures of my items, add quick notes, and store them in different categories. I dont need a super detailed record, just a general idea of what I have.

I track mine using a cloud-based spreadsheet. That way, I can update it from anywhere, and I don't have to worry about losing data. Ive made sure to add columns for each collection's specific needs, like comic grade, edition numbers, and even where I bought it.

I use an app called Sortly for my collection. It lets me create custom categories for different items, which works perfectly since I collect both action figures and rare movie posters. The app allows me to add photos and even videos, which really helps when trying to remember the condition of each piece.
