I understand completely! Some items have so much sentimental value, but not physical value due to the circumstances! It's an item that gives you many memories you wouldn't have under certain circumstances, and that is priceless!

And why is the most collectible, because it is the most horrible material a collector can own. It's hard to find because no one admits to owning it. It's over priced because most was destroyed or stolen, making it more rare, but the stigma remains!
