My dad worked on the north tower, and he has, to this day, a key to the entrance of the World Trade Center. I am curious

Nazi paraphernalia always commands a high price. Mostly because the US is full of neo-nazis, but people collect gore

Not just for value but to create the history of it. 100 years from now it will be such an interesting piece of history, for a family member or a collector. The supporting documentation will help tell the story, maybe even frame it or create a shadow box with those documents and the key?

I might, not right now but I have boxes of things like this now that both my parents are gone. I just posted a follow-up with some supporting documentation, its not exhaustive (just something I keep close all the time because it means a lot to me) but maybe its a start.
