My dad worked on the north tower, and he has, to this day, a key to the entrance of the World Trade Center. I am curious

I think if Im literally at the point where I need to sell this key then the extra 100 I would get by certifying it will have minimal impact.

And now that weve seen the pattern, its fairly easy for anyone with any mechanical aptitude, to duplicate that.
Its just as bad as the old ball and chain, or old padlocks, that people stamp Property of Alcatraz onto, with a set of stamps you can buy at Harbor Freight.

Im very sorry to hear that and you have my deepest sympathies for your loss, If you are aware of any friendsco workers of your fathers that recall anything that could help. otherwise I would also recommend writing downrecording what you recall of his story or others recall that could also help.
if you need any information or if I can help at all please let me know.

There are hundreds if not thousands of keys from the complex, keep in mind the original World Trade Center operated in New York from the 70s until 2001. many things like keys would most certainly made in mass, lost, replaced, stolen etc over the decades.
