If you're looking for a display case, definitely go with something sealed. I personally use clear acrylic boxes, which are lightweight, durable, and perfect for keeping dust at bay. I also have a small fan in the room to keep the air circulating, which helps prevent dust from settling as quickly. Ive noticed that it makes a big difference in how often I have to clean my figures. Another tip I have is to avoid placing them near windows or in rooms with high traffic, as that seems to increase dust buildup.

I keep mine behind sliding plexiglass doors.

Dusting weekly with a makeup brush helps.

Air purifiers near your display help reduce buildup.

Ive found that using a combination of dust covers and periodic cleaning works best. I got clear plastic dust covers for my more valuable pieces and use a microfiber cloth to wipe down the shelves regularly. It doesnt hurt to get a small air purifier for the room to reduce dust accumulation in the first place. My setup now is a lot easier to maintain, and I feel like my figures stay in better condition longer.
